RETURN POLICY

Footwear return policy:

Running shoes may be returned within 30 days, used or unused. Unused shoes may be returned for a refund or an exchange. Used shoes may be returned for store credit or an exchange. No customer may return more than two (2) used shoes in one year.

Racing flats, track spikes, and other competition shoes may only be returned unused.

Apparel/accessory return policy:

Apparel and accessories (including but not limited to hydration belts, socks, and bags) may be returned within 30 days unused with all original tags still attached.

Insole return policy:

Insole return policies vary by manufacturer.

Sofsole: Sofsole insoles must be returned directly to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Instructions are found on the Sofsole box, or call Sofsole customer service at 1-800-446-7587.

Archmolds: Archmold insoles may be returned within 120 days of purchase, used or unused, for a refund or exchange.

Superfeet, New Balance, and Sorbothane: Superfeet, New Balance, and Sorbothane insoles may be returned within 30 days of purchase, used or unused, for a refund or exchange.

Food/drink return policy:

All sales of food, drinks or drink mixes, and nutritional supplements are final. No returns will be accepted.

Manufacturer defects:

Top Speed Running will accept returns of defective items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer of the item directly. Top Speed Running reserves the right to determine whether a shoe or item is defective.
