What? Our two-day “Run Your Best” clinic covers the essentials for 5k, 10k, half-marathon and marathon training. Topics include basic training principles, applied exercise physiology, applied biomechanics, nutrition and more! The first day will consist of lecture and class discussion. The second day will consist of a warm up, stretching, drills (with coaching) and a short workout consisting of the principles learned at the lecture the evening before. All participants will receive a 12 week personalized training program!
When? Friday, July 9th 7:30-9:30pm and Saturday, July 10th 7:00-9:30am (rain or shine!)

Basics of Running
What? Our "Running 101" clinic covers the basics of running: getting started, good running form, injury prevention, stretching, goal-setting, training programs, where to run, and a lot more. The first half of the clinic will be an interactive lecture, followed by a short practice with coaching.
When? Saturday, August 28 8:00-11:00am (rain or shine!)
Who? This course is ideal for new runners as well as those who would like a review of the basics! Rob Lander, M.S. Kinesiology, coach and life-long runner will be your instructor/coach for the clinic.
